DORSET HOUSE ROOM RATES

Room rates quoted are per room per night double occupancy and include our award-winning breakfast

Our room rates vary according to season:

• Standard Rooms (Porthole, Fossil, Church View) from £170
• Premium Rooms (Lighthouse, Sea View) from £230
• Please use our online booking page to find rates for your specific dates or give us a call.

There is a small charge for extra occupants in the Lighthouse suite of £30 for one child and a discount in all rooms of £10 for single occupancy.

Please note: We usually have a minimum occupancy of at least two nights. There may be occasions where one night bookings become available so please contact us if you require a one night booking.

BOOKING DIRECT WITH DORSET HOUSE WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE BEST RATES AND AVAILABILITY

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is payable 14 days before your stay.

Regretfully any late cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the accommodation cost. As a goodwill gesture, we try to relet any late cancellation and if successful may refund accordingly less an admin charge (£30).

If a room is cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund the deposit minus an admin charge (£30). Alternatively, the booking can be moved to another date without an admin charge

We would always recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance.

Should you need documentation to support your insurance claim, we will always help in any way we can.

SMOKING

Please note that all areas of Dorset House are non smoking

CHILDREN

We welcome children at Dorset House however, please be aware that the property is Grade II listed and as such it is not possible to make the building totally child friendly. All bathrooms contain walk in showers rather than baths. We are happy to provide child friendly breakfasts. If you have any specific queries with regard to facilities for children, please feel free to give us a call.

PARKING

There is no car park at Dorset House. We have an area to the front of the house where you can pull up and drop luggage. The nearest car park is Holmbush, approx 300m along the road.

PETS

At the present time I’m afraid that Dorset House is unable to accept pets (with the exception of assistance dogs)

We can help organise catering in our beautiful dining room if you wish or recommend great places for a special meal locally. The snug and dining areas provide great opportunities for you to all spend time together in relaxing surroundings.
