Enjoy a two night stay to explore lovely Lyme Regis ahead of enjoying the well documented benefits of a seaside sauna. The beautifully crafted wood-fired sauna is situated on Lyme's sandy beach so not only do you enjoy the health giving benefits of steam and warmth, you can also enjoy the much documented benefits of wild swimming in our stunning sheltered bay. The sea perfectly cools you down from the heat of the sauna, and the sauna warms you up beautifully from your dip - heavenly!
