DORSET HOUSE ROOM RATES

BOOKING DIRECT WITH DORSET HOUSE WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE BEST RATES AND AVAILABILITY

Room rates quoted are per room per night double occupancy and include our award-winning breakfast.  We have a two-night minimum occupancy. 

Our room rates vary according to season:

Standard Rooms (Porthole, Fossil, Church View) from £190
Premium Rooms (Lighthouse, Sea View) from £240

There is a small charge for extra occupants in the Lighthouse suite of £30 for children over 12 (see below) and a discount in all rooms of £15 for single occupancy.

Online and phone booking information should be reactivated by the end of February! In the meantime, please use info@dorsethouselyme.com for inquiries. 

Please note: While we typically have a two-night minimum occupancy, there may be occasions where one night bookings become available so please contact us if you require a one night booking.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is payable 14 days before your stay.

Regretfully any late cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the accommodation cost. As a goodwill gesture, we try to relet any late cancellation and if successful may refund accordingly less an admin charge (£30).

If a room is cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund the deposit minus an admin charge (£30). Alternatively, the booking can be moved to another date without an admin charge

PARKING
There is no car park at Dorset House. We have an area to the front of the house where you can pull up and drop luggage. The nearest car park is Holmbush, approx 300m along the road, or there is free on street parking nearby.

CHILDREN
We welcome children 12 and older at Dorset House. The Lighthouse suite has a sofa bed for an older child or guest for £30.  Younger children are most welcome if you are booking out all 5 rooms for a family or larger group gathering (see group booking details below).  Please note that the property is Grade II listed and as such it is not possible to make the building totally child friendly. All bathrooms contain walk in showers rather than baths.  Please feel free to inquire for further information.

PETS
Dorse House has 2 rooms (1 Standard - Church View, and 1 Premium - Sea View) that can accomodate a small dog under 15 kgs / 35 lbs with addition of our "Pooch Package" (more information on this package coming soon!).  Cats and other pets are not allowed. 

CREDIT CARDS
We accept most major credit / debit cards including American Express.

GROUP BOOKINGS
Dorset House is a wonderful destination for family, friend, or colleague groups, with 5 comfortable bedrooms all with modern en suite bathrooms, and a delicious daily breakfast. The snug and dining areas provide precious opportunities for your group to spend quality time together in relaxing and comfortable surroundings. We have hosted family events, workshops, wedding receptions, and literary events.  We can make recommendations for local activities and also help organise catering for lunch or dinner in our beautiful dining room if you wish, or recommend great places for a special meals locally.  Please inquire for group rates and options!
